Processing Times

All shipping times listed below do not include processing time.

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items (such as punch needle products): 5–10 business days

Made-to-order items require additional time for creation in addition to packaging and dispatch preparation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please get in touch, postage rates are often similar worldwide and I may be able to arrange shipping for you.

Italy Orders

Orders within Italy are shipped via:

Posta1 (Posta Prioritaria)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 working days
  • This service is untracked

You may upgrade at checkout to:

Raccomandata (Tracked Mail)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–6 working days
  • Includes tracking

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via:

Posta Priority International (Untracked)

  • Europe: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 10–28 working days

Tracking is not included with the standard option.

You may upgrade at checkout to a tracked and faster shipping service. Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch email.

Estimated delivery for tracked shipping:

  • Europe: approximately 7 working days
  • USA and other destinations: approximately 10–14 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimtes and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or peak periods.

United States Shipping

At the moment, orders to the United States are shipped exclusively via UPS due to temporary service limitations with the standard postal service.

As soon as regular postal options become available again, I aim to offer more affordable alternatives.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

This means:

  • Smaller paper goods (like stickers or bookmarks) ship at lower rates.
  • Larger or heavier items (such as tote bags, pouches or coasters) may increase shipping costs.
  • Adding multiple items may move your order into a different weight bracket.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment, so you’ll always see the total before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer:

  • Free shipping within Italy on orders over €30
  • Free shipping within Europe on orders over €50

The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Free shipping applies to paper goods only (such as stickers, bookmarks and art prints).

Due to packaging size and weight, coasters, tote bags and pouches are excluded from this promotion.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may also affect delivery speed.

I am not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the package has been shipped.

Once Your Order Has Shipped

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service or courier, it is unfortunately outside of my direct control.

While I always do my best to ensure safe and timely dispatch, delivery times ultimately depend on third-party carriers.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 10 working days (Italy)
  • 25 working days (Europe)
  • 30 working days (Rest of World)

Please contact me and I will be happy to look into it with you.

Please note that untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once dispatched, I cannot guarantee delivery or determine the package’s location.

For higher-value orders, I strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout for additional security.

Each case will be assessed individually, and I will always aim to find a fair and reasonable solution where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact me as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, I will do my best to update it.

Once dispatched, I am unable to reroute the package.

I cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during purchase.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in these cases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details before completing the purchase.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempt
  • Unclaimed package

You may choose to:

  • Receive a refund excluding the original shipping cost, or
  • Have the order resent after paying a new shipping fee

If the return was due to my error, I will resend the package at no additional cost.
