Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns from customers worldwide, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returned items must be:
- unused and in their original condition
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after the return request has been approved. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are shipped back safely.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or not received.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Outside the European Union
If you are a customer located outside the European Union, return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, customers must wait for the order to be delivered and then request a return in accordance with the terms above.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- custom or personalized items
- made-to-order items
- digital products or downloads
- gift cards
These exclusions are permitted under applicable EU and international consumer protection laws.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned under the same conditions stated above, except where excluded by law or by the nature of the product.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
